Refund & Returns Policy – Qivo

At Qivo, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
